The office staff, hygienists and Dr. Josen are wonderful. We choose to go to them, even though they are out of network for us, because our kids have had such a positive experience and get excited when they are going to see "Dr J!" He has such a wonderful way with the kids as well as with the parents. I am grateful that my kids do not fear going to the dentist. We also use the orthodontist that works in the office and both groups work well together. We can schedule our cleaning on the same day as the ortho visit in order to have the bands and wires removed to make it easier for the hygienists to clean. Top notch practice!
Dr. Karen Lewkowitz is outstanding. In my opinion, she is among the best orthodontists in the country. Her work is exceptionally strong. She also goes the extra mile consistently. She has a genuine interest in making sure that all of her clients are extremely happy. She is also very friendly and nice with a great sense of humor. My expectations were exceeded on every level. I highly recommend Dr. Lewkowitz.
Mid Island Dental is the best! Dr. Dallal, Dr. Morheim, and their staff are amazing. I've been a patient there for 4 years and from orthodontics, implants, and cosmetic dentistry to cleanings and checkups they have transformed my smile into one I had only dreamed about! They work together seamlessly to provide care in every aspect of dental work. They always work with my schedule and are very accommodating. These guys are truly the best at what they do. I recommend them with highest regards!
From my initial call to schedule my 1st appointment through the intake process, the staff was professional and extremely helpful to make the process easier. This included contact with my insurance carrier & former dentist. I needed to do absolutely nothing except to show up for my appointment! I am delighted with the staff and the dentist that was assigned to me. Thanks GN & MDDA!

I took my twins (boy and girl) in for their first ever dental appointment, they're 2 years old. The staff was very helpful, welcoming and courteous from the moment we entered the office. The office is very clean and state of the art. All documents, including initial paperwork was discussed and entered electronically into their computer medical records. The hygienists and doctors were great with our kids, making their experience very easy. My wife and I are in the medical field and were very impressed with the level of care provided. Ours kids were smiling and relaxed the whole time. Great overall experience. Would highly recommend.

A++ Service and Care I went in for emergency care and found out that I had some serious dental issues. I saw DR. S Morhaim and he asset the situation and we agreed on a dental plan. I was treated with the utter most respect (I was very embarrassed on how badly my teeth have gotten) and was made comfortable with the work that was planned for me. As far as financing was concerned Luisa Cardenas assisted me with a payment plan. She was an absolute joy to deal with. She was very understanding and gave me several options. Given the amount of work that I needed any financial help was greatly appreciated. Phase 1 of the dental work has been completed and I no long have any pains that bothered me before. Phase 2 will be started in a few weeks. I highly suggest these guys if you need a good dentist. You definitely get the service, professionalism, and care you pay for. Joseph Hsu
My husband Selwyn Lee had a great fear of going to the dentist. That is why he choosed this dental practice since they had a great reputation of doing exceptional dental work satisfying their patients to the max. Not only are they professional making sure that their patients are cared for properly, they actually take the fear out of going to get your teeth done. Dr. Baradarian is a genius! He works his magic and takes great care in every detail. My husband got the Lanap laser surgery done, which is laser surgery to remove bacteria and diseased tissue from the gums. Without going through the nitty gritty details...this peridontal surgery benefits the patient with less pain, faster healing, reduced risk of infection, less bleeding and overall less discomfort. Costly, yes but oh so worth it if you factor in all the costs of doing it the conventional way. His assistants Stephanie and Denise are top-notched in their field making sure everything is taken cared of properly. Stephanie is especially nice when she walks out my husband each visit telling him what to expect and how to treat every circumstance. She is well knowledged and a true asset to the dental practice. He has also gotten root canals done and he comments that there was more stress worrying about the procedure than the actual root canal. Dr. Svetcov is the man for this job. He is quite skilled in his techniques and yes "no pain at all". His assistants work side by side, carefully giving the Dr. his tools of trade and anticipating his every move to make the entire job done smoothly. Sarah N preps everything and makes the process done so well. Often the technicians assist each other and work interchangeably with every dentist so they are really skilled at their craft. Dr. Grunseich really knows how to take care of his patients because on his first visit, drafted up a comprehensive game plan to repair my husbands dental problems that has been neglected for many years. He was worried that it was a hopeless case but Dr. Grunseich was positive and assured my husband all will be done to resolve his dental issues. During his first visit we sat down with a very knowledgeable treatment coordinator named Luisa Cardenas-Torres. Luisa answered all our questions(especially the $$ ones) along with the medical/technical anxieties patients normally ask. She handled it with ease and made us quite relaxed that the treatment prescribed will be in the best interest for my husbands oral health. She explained everything fully and in terms us average patients can understand with diagrams/xrays and even video of the pending procedures. My worrysome husband was eased with the layout of the procedures. Next was the cost factor/bill to be paid....Great Neck Dental Associates was wonderful to help us in giving us a discount for the procedures listed. Albeit that we would've wanted a bigger discount but the one they gave us was really appreciated since we understood that most special dental procedures are not covered by insurance. Expensive yes but in terms of what you are getting for great doctors, assistants and overall treatment procedures...IT'S REALLY WORTH IT! You really get what you pay for and for great dental care this place ROCKS! Heck, with better teeth you might even be able to chew some rocks!!! :-) LOL
